Boys All Around Gymnastics (Grades K+)

A great work-out for young boys, this class blends physical fitness into the gymnastics world. Boys work to gain the strength, balance, and flexibility needed to develop their gymnastics skills. After warming up, they become familiar with the men’s Olympic events, including parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, and floor. Trampoline and tumble track are also included.

All levels are mixed as our coaches adapt to the individual needs.
