Recreational Classes

Preschoolers are introduced to basic body positions and beginner skills. They work primarily on their coordination, gross motor skills, vocabulary and following simple direction.

Girls classes are geared towards skill development beyond just the basics. The girls gain a better understanding of their bodies and what they can achieve, promoting a positive body image. A good warm up and lots of work on all 4 major events, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.

Boys classes blend physical fitness into the gymnastics world building a foundation of core strength. After warming up, boys become familiar with the men’s Olympic events, Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, Parallel bars and High Bar.
